UK Deliveries
Royal Mail handle all our UK deliveries. All orders require a signature on delivery.
You can also arrange for your order to be delivered to alternative addresses including
your office, or a member of your family. You need to ensure that someone approved
by you is able to sign for the delivery. Please note that deliveries are made to
the delivery address you supply to us. Re-despatch of any returned orders may incur
an additional delivery charge.
* All consultations which result in a prescription, if received before 1.00pm will
usually be despatched to you within two working days anywhere in the UK (there may
be delays to the Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands) at a cost of £2.50. Orders
for large quantities, special requests or disability aids may take up to 7 working
days.
** PrivateMeds offers a guaranteed next working day delivery service for a charge
of £5.00. All prescriptions received before 1.00pm (excluding weekends and bank
holidays) will be sent that day by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature will
be required upon delivery.

Overseas Deliveries
We are able to supply orders to most countries worldwide. Certain individual countries
place restrictions on the types of products that may be posted into them. We will
inform you individually if there are any problems. Under UK law we are only able
to dispense prescriptions written by practitioners who are registered in the European
Economic Area. Due to FDA regulations and US Customs we cannot supply any medicines
to the United States or Canada.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that
dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws.
*** Privatemeds are able to offer our non-UK customers a UPS guaranteed next day
delivery service to European destinations. A signature will be required upon receipt
of delivery. UPS can also deliver to countries beyond Europe but next day delivery
is not guaranteed. The cost of delivery to the most common countries is as follows:

of your goods. A charge of £8.00 will be made and delivery will typically take 7-10
days. UPS offers a faster delivery option.
