You will be asked some information about yourself and your health relevant to the
consultation you have chosen. The consultation is free and does not mean that you
will be obliged to buy anything. The information that you provide will be stored
securely and only shared with a UK registered doctor. It is important that you are
honest and answer questions as completely as you can.
If you know what treatment you need because it has been previously prescribed for
you, you will be able to request that treatment.
Step 2. Doctor diagnosis.
We will email you with your PrivateMeds doctor’s diagnosis and ask you to login
to view the treatments that the doctor has authorised for you, if any. This will
normally happen within 1 working day.
Step 3. Ordering.
If you wish to order any of the treatments the online doctor has authorised for
you, you can now do so. At this stage you will also be provided delivery options.
Pharmacy2U Ltd will check your credit card details and then a prescription for the
medication you require will be written by your PrivateMeds doctor and sent to our
UK registered pharmacy to be dispensed.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that
dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws.
Step 4. Delivery and Payment.
Pharmacy2U Ltd will dispense and despatch your medicines to your chosen delivery
address. Pharmacy2U Ltd will also take payment for dispensing the prescription when
they despatch the order to you. They will deliver medicines in a discreet parcel
which will have to be signed for on receipt. Delivery within the UK will normally
be the day after you place your order provided you order before 2pm. Delivery into
Europe will normally be within two working days.
Step 5. Aftercare
After we supply you with any treatment we will contact you 2 weeks later by email
to check how things are going. It’s important that if you are having any side effects
from the treatment or if the treatment is not effective that we are aware so that
we can make any changes needed.
Step 6. Repeat Medications.
If you wish to order further supplies, you can do so simply by reviewing your consultation
and confirming it is still accurate. You will then be able to order more medication.
