"You or yours" refers to yourself who has submitted your personal details on this website agreeing to use the Doctor Consultation service.
"Website" means these linked web pages which allow an online consultation to be performed with a Doctor for the purpose of seeking treatment for the specified potential medical condition.
The doctor consultation service and the Website are provided by PrivateMeds Limited.
Prescriptions are dispensed and payment is taken by Pharmacy2U Limited.
Website and Doctor Consultation Service
Declaration: You declare that You wish to take part in the PrivateMeds doctor consultation service. The PrivateMeds doctor consultation service is provided to You through online consultations forms given in our website by our fully registered UK GMC medical practitioner. All such online consultations and treatment suggested are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this agreement.
PrivateMeds Limited cannot guarantee that a doctor consultation made through this Website will result in a prescription being issued by the prescriber.
I give my consent for information about myself, my health and my current medications including, but not limited to, the information I divulge as part of the online consultation forms to be viewed and exchanged by and between PrivateMeds employees and a Doctor working for PrivateMeds for the purpose of conducting a medical consultation. I understand this information may be exchanged electronically.
You warrant and undertake that all information provided by you in our online consultation forms given on our website is correct and true and that you have not withheld information that you believe may be relevant or useful in any way.
PrivateMeds is only available to adults over the age of 18 years.
All medicines prescribed will be based on the consultation form completed by you. Therefore, we take no liability for loss or damage arising from our service or medication prescribed if you supply incorrect or incomplete information.
The contents of this Website are directed solely at those who access the Website from the UK. Your use of this Website and any purchase by you on this Website of any products is governed by English Law and will be deemed to have taken place in England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

We are legally only able to dispense medicines to You where we have received a valid prescription issued by a registered prescriber within the European Economic Area. Prescriptions are issued entirely at the discretion of the prescriber.
If you are ordering from outside the UK, it is your responsibility for ensuring that dispensing, receipt and use of the medicine prescribed complies with your local laws. Risk and title in the products will pass to you when they are despatched by us. Due to FDA regulations, it is our policy not to dispense prescriptions for supply to the USA. We will fulfil Your order by dispensing the valid prescription. Any charge made to You is a charge made for dispensing Your prescription and the charge will be made by us and Pharmacy2U will appear on your payment card statement.
Pharmacy2U Limited and/or PrivateMeds Limited are not responsible for failure of third party companies to deliver medicines to the correct address or within any particular time or date. You are responsible for signing for packages containing medicines but any signature provided by third parties at the delivery address given by yourself will be deemed to be receipt of the medicines and fulfilment of Pharmacy2U Limited's and/or PrivateMeds Limited's obligations in dispensing that prescription.
You are responsible for providing valid credit or debit card details. We reserve the right to not deliver medicines to You if your payment details have expired or are invalid in any way.
We will attempt to contact You in such instances to enable You to provide updated information to allow us to dispense the prescription.
If your prescription medicines appear to be damaged or if the delivery appears to be wrong or if you have any other customer service concerns then please contact us on 0845 803 9033. We will make every effort to replace any damaged products and/or deal with your query. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or cancellations of prescription products which you have decided you no longer wish to keep.
